Cutting & Preparation
Expertly cut large glass sheets to size with precision, incorporating any custom holes or cutouts using advanced CNC water jet technology. The glass is thoroughly cleaned, ensuring a pristine surface free from contaminants.
Heating
The glass enters a high-tech tempering furnace, where it’s heated to the ideal temperature. Accurate orientation ensures flawless results and prevents any distortion during the process.
Quenching
Rapid cooling with high-powered air blowers strengthen the glass, creating internal compression, enhancing durability and making the glass stronger than ever before.
Inspection & Finishing
Each tempered glass sheet is meticulously inspected for imperfections or distortions. Depending on your needs, we apply advanced finishes like ceramic paint for enhanced bonding or UV protection.
